ちょっと個人的な話題にもなりますが、ウェッジを新調することになりました!
JUSTICK JPW-02という上の画像のアイテムです。
JUSTICKとは大阪のクラブメーカーさんで個人的には大昔から・・いろいろとお世話になっておりウッドとウェッジは以前から使用させてもらっていました。
今回は、このJPW-02の52度と58度を手に入れ、只今ヘッドだけが手元にある状態です・・

今回のウェッジに変えるきっかけになったのは、あまり書きたくないのですが・・(←さらに自己暗示にかかりそうなので・・)
実はここ1年ほどアプローチでのチャックリが止まらずJUSTICKのクラブデザイナーにアドバイスを受けたことなのです。

まず、今まで使用していたSWのバウンス角がなんと4度なのです。月一ゴルファーにとっては辛い数字です。ろくに練習もしないでそんなウェッジを使い続け、スイング的にも刺さる動きを嫌い終いには全くごまかしが効かなくなってしまいました・・
そして次にシャフトも関係していたようです・・これまで使用していたのはDGI-S400。そしてバランスはD4。重いです。緊張した場面では悪影響だったようです・・
僕の場合は、チャックリを怖がるあまり合わせに行く動きが入り、手が先に出ていきます。アプローチでもしっかりとヘッドが先行していかないといろんなミスを引き起こすようで、重いシャフトとクラブがさらに悪さをしていたようです・・

今回は、SWでバウンス角が12度もあり、まだ確定はしていませんが軽めのシャフトを装着しようと思います!楽しみです!!
スコアラインは０.８５ｍｍの角溝彫刻とのことでスピン性能も抜群のようです。

僕にとっては、今チャックリを治すことが非常に大きな課題です・・そうすれば、18番ホールまで集中力が持つ上にショットにも好影響を与えてくれます。今回のウェッジで大きな変化が現れることを祈ります!!
あ〜〜。昔はアプローチ・パターには絶対的な自信があったのですが・・・・・

My life's been basically bland today. More or less nothing seems worth thinking about. My mind is like an empty room. I've more or less been doing nothing to speak of. Not much on my mind recently.
